Busy day today!

Set up under the trees and the line wrapped around the picnic tables. Rib plates and wings were gone before the shade moved.

They grabbed their plates and kept walking. Greens, mac, and a rib plate that did not make it to the car.

College quad turned into a truck party. Suga'z pulled in with the other trucks and the lawn stayed full until the lights came on.

Hot off the grill. Tender ribs with all the sides.

Crispy chicken, red beans and rice, cornbread.

Smoked turkey wings with collards and mac.

Crispy catfish, slaw, and hushpuppies.

Slow-cooked oxtail with rice and peas.

Ribs, chicken, and the sides that matter.

The sides that make the plate.

Glazed, hot, and almost gone.

Just like Sunday dinner. Suga'z style.
